Investous WebTrader Platform

Investous is a brand name of F1Markets brokerage company, which operates the investous.com website. F1Markets is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), so it can serve customers from the EU. In addition to the well-known MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform, the company also offers an Investous-branded web platform that can run on any contemporary browser.

The first impression is for a nice and easy platform. The working screen consists of three windows – for available assets, for deals and charts, and for positions. The left window contains all available instruments. You can find the essential information for each instrument such as Bid and Ask rates, the daily change in percentage point, and the high and low values for the current day. Asset groups can be selected from the filter box. You can search for a particular instrument by typing its name. There is a star symbol in the trade window and after selecting an instrument, you can add it to the favorite group. Clicking on the instrument line opens its chart and loads the trade module.

Select the Sell or Buy buttons depending on the order you are about to place. Enter the desired amount (the default amount is 1 lot) and pressing the Trade button will execute a market order. If you wish to place a pending order, you must select the “Open trade when rate reach” checkbox. Open positions are shown in the Positions window below the charts. Here you can close or modify them.

The chart window is next to the trade window. Charts can be expanded and fill the entire screen. Price changes can be displayed as candlesticks, HeikinAshi, bars, lines, area, and dots. The time scale is within one minute and one month. Zooming can be done by clicking the plus and minus buttons or by the mouse scroll wheel. There are many graphical tools including different types of lines, geometric shapes, text, pattern tools, Fibonacci retracement, etc. If you use technical analysis, there are nearly 50 indicators available from the Indicators Wizard menu.

You have access to the economic calendar and daily market update directly from the terminal.

We can conclude that the terminal is well organized and provides all the important trading tools for beginners. The more experienced traders would probably prefer the MetaTrader 4 platform, which the company also provides.
